Retrospection.org is a personal blog, among the sea of blogs out there. A place for me to rant/obsess/share whatever comes to mind. In the near future; it will also be where I share my photography.

My name is Yara and I recently graduated from university. Right now I’m in the middle of planning the next stage of my life which involves me doing my Master’s abroad. I’m considering all the options I have  (where and what to study) and working on getting a scholarship within the next year.

I’m a video game nerd (mostly RPGs and fighting games). I have a cat named Hafi (male), whom I adore. I really have a passion for languages, food and cooking. I’m infatuated with Asian fashion. I’m a cookie monster. I consume green tea more than water. I’m into photography, and in the process of honing my photography skills. I appreciate creative people. I have an adopted penguin in London Zoo and wish I could actually keep it as a pet. I’m always surfing the web for anything interesting. I google/wiki/youtube everything. I love simplicity and hate anything that binds you from being who you truly are.
